Senior Recruiter
- Good experience into Banking & Insurance sectors
- Connecting with potential candidates online and offline, screening applications.
- Create and publish job ads in various portals
- Screen resumes and job applications
- Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates
- Interview candidates in-person for a wide range of roles (junior, senior and executive)
- Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill and source of hire
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases.
- Hands-on experience in recruitment, alternate channels of sourcing including social media, internet tools, databases is highly desired.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques including Naukri, LinkedIn, Boolean search, Generating new pool through referencing, Candidate Mapping from targeted companies etc.
- Good exposure to interview formats and drives, salary negotiation and closure is required to accomplish business goal.
