Job Description:


We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in recruiting for GCC (Global Capability Centers) and Banking clients. If you're passionate about identifying top talent, managing end-to-end recruitment processes, and contributing to the growth of diverse organizations, this could be the right opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end recruitment for various positions, focusing primarily on GCC and Banking clients.

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand client requirements and develop targeted recruitment strategies.

- Source candidates through multiple channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and headhunting.

- Conduct in-depth interviews, skill assessments, and reference checks.

- Manage the offer process, including salary negotiations and contract finalization.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their recruitment needs are met promptly and effectively.

- Provide regular recruitment status updates to clients and stakeholders.

- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, procedures, and best practices.

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, market conditions, and competitive hiring practices.

Requirements:

- 4 to14 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on GCC and Banking clients.

- Strong understanding of the recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to offer management.

- Proven experience in recruiting for mid-to-senior level roles within these industries.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.

- Knowledge of the local and international talent market trends.

- Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, etc.).

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline. Relevant certifications in recruitment are a plus.

Work Environment & Benefits:

- Hybrid work model: 3 days work from office in Thane, 2.5 days WFH.
