The Senior Real Estate & Facilities Manager (India) is a highly collaborative leader with a strong background in project management, facilities management, space planning, customer service, and an eye for good design to help manage our aspiration in India. The ideal candidate has a proven record of successful projects and operation throughout the APAC region.

This role will be based at our brand new site in Gurgaon, India. You will own execution of the Real Estate and Facility strategy and operations in India, as guided by Office Development Core team at Headquarters. You will proactively engage with key stakeholders, such as our country managers and local partners, and leverage the knowledge and skills of our existing Real Estate & Facilities Manager.

Other responsibilities include:

- Adhering to, forecasting, and reporting on budgets for your region.

- Monitor and maintain all offices in India

- Lead the India Facilities Team, which includes a Real Estate & Facilities Manager, and take us to the next level of service standards while ensuring we scale in a healthy way

- Adept at contract review and negotiation

Skills and Qualifications

- Minimum of five years facility/real estate management experience (preferably in India)

- Self-directed, with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to execute tasks in an efficient and timely manner

- Knows how to lead with inclusion and collaboration

- Customer service mentality in all interactions

- Extremely organized and driven to maintain systems, establish structure, and manage the process and outcome

- Effective and positive, with an ability to clearly set expectations, train, and promote teamwork

- Innovative idea generator

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Able to maintain ultimate flexibility in a rapidly changing business environment

- Demonstrated knowledge of building and furniture systems

- Demonstrated success and experience working with a diverse team in a global environment

- Superior relationship management skills

- CFM certification a plus

- Fluency in English
