Position Title : Sr. Research & Development Engineer

Exp Level : 3-6 yrs

Qualification : B. Tech or M. Tech or Dual degree or PhD from IIT OR MS or PhD from IISC

Candidates in the role of a machine learning scientist or data scientist or data analytics may also apply

- The individual will work as a part of the research team in developing solutions to real-world problems using state of the art machine learning techniques, computer science concepts and statistical assessments.

- As a part of this team, you will understand the kind of problems we are interested in, translate them into computer science problems, understand the state of the art in related areas in academia and industry and cross-apply multiple research findings to develop new products or enhance our current products.

- Additionally, we are also interested in deriving insights from the million assessments we have already performed through our assessment products.

- On a typical day, you might be spending your time reading a paper, brainstorming ideas with colleagues, coding a new algorithm (we enjoy this the most!), analyzing results or just plain thinking (with a capital T)

What are we looking for :

- Very strong computer science concepts with great programming skills and an exposure to machine learning.

- As an additional skill, a strong interest in mathematics is preferred.
