Key Responsibilities:-
1. As a senior quantitative developer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing complex quantitative models, analytics, and tools to support the blockchain trading analytics and risk management activities of the company.
2. Develop and maintain software tools and libraries for pricing, risk management, and portfolio optimization.
3. Design, develop, and maintain pricing and risk models to support trading and risk management areas. You'll support the business in promoting client focus throughout strategy, communications, and client engagement and contribute to the system implementation of the models.
4. Continuously enhance the platform to handle ever-increasing data volumes and incorporate cutting-edge machine learning techniques.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including traders, developers, and researchers, to understand infrastructure requirements and optimize system performance.
6. Take all reasonable steps to ensure quant activities are in line with Group policies covering conduct, operational, and regulatory risks
7. Support existing model development solutions and contribute to the ongoing development activities
Qualifications:-
1. A master's degree in computer science, mathematics, physics, engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees are preferred from top-notch institutions like IIT, IISC, MIT, Berkley, and Stanford.
2. 5+ years of experience in developing quantitative models and analytics in a financial services environment.
3. Strong programming skills in Python, C++, or other quantitative programming languages.
4. Knowledge of financial markets, blockchain, financial products, and risk management principles.
5. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
