Senior Quality Manager - FMCG Conglomerate

Our client, a huge food products conglomerate, is leading the food processing business through its range of products and innovative flavours and fillings. They are the market leaders in North India. They are present across the globe and offer the best and premium products in 80 countries.

As a Senior Quality Manager, you would be handling multiple plant locations and a big team, based out of Phillaur.

What you will do :

- Being responsible for Quality Assurance

- Solving critical production issues,

- Suggesting better way of production with better quality

- Managing, monitoring and improving the qc of input materials and finished product

- Ensuring safe products and GMP compliance against the stipulated norms

- Auditing, developing and managing major RM & PM vendors

- Ensuring compliance against FSSAI, legal metrology and pollution control norms (only the testing and reporting)

- Handling and managing customer complaints

- Controlling and effective management of current set of documents and work towards a paperless documentation

- Taking lead role in managing and complying to SQMS, FSSC 22000 certification

Candidate Profile :

What you need to have :

- Min 8+ yrs of Plant Exp in Quality Assurance

- Must be from Biscuits and Bread Manufacturing background

- Complete Knowledge of Food safety and GMP

- Thorough knowledge of FSSC 22000 requirements

- Should be able to manage pressure situation

- Should have sound communication skill

- Good interpersonal skill

- Hard working with result orientation

Experience : 8 to 12 years

Annual CTC : Rupees 12,00,000 to 20,00,000
