Senior Project Manager - Stay Accommodations Startup

Role : Senior Project Manager

We, at are looking for experienced Project Managers who come with 4-6 years of experience in handling full cycle management projects right from planning, strategizing to execution, completion and reporting.

- He/She would work very closely with the CEO and the core management team to accelerate regular as well as transformational initiatives making a key contribution in overall business management

Roles and Responsibilities :

Full Cycle Project Management :

Planning : Project pre-launch studies to define project goals, roadmap & dependencies and timelines

Execution : Facilitate team leads to achieve business targets by performing cross functional support functions and mitigating dependencies at various stages.

Analysis and Reporting : Track project timelines and mitigate project risks through prior project analysis. Regular reporting and communication of key metrics to the relevant stakeholders

Innovations : Introduction of constant innovations in running projects and introduce effective knowledge sharing practices

Role Requirements :

- Prior Project Management/ Consulting experience of 4-6 years preferably in the tier I/big 4 consulting firms

- Knack for problem solving with strong footholds on structure building and execution

- Ability to work across teams and translate business requirements to projects

Educational Background : Tier I Engineering/MBA institutes

Location : Bangalore.

Compensation : Cash+High on Equity.
