Sr. Project Manager/ Project Manager - IT Staffing

- Responsible for managing Customer IT Technology/BPO group

- Alignment of Group to the Company Vision, Mission, strategy, and objectives within group operations:

- Responsible for appropriate staffing of all projects with the assignment of roles and responsibilities

- Planning and allocation of resources for projects, tools, hardware, etc. and ensure deployment as per targets

- Delivery of all tasks/projects on schedule and with quality

- Responsible for service quality & service levels within the group for the products/services

- Step-up to a total results-oriented attitude that manifests itself by working with the client to assure reasonable expectations are gathered, acknowledged, shared, tracked (audit) and achieved

- Be responsible for managing client relationship on a day-to-day basis through available communication channels

- Keep management updated on a daily/weekly basis on the developments and progress of the assigned accounts

- Actively participate in Process Engineering and Re-engineering activities

- Managing a designated team of associates in all locations

- To supervise teams assigned to ensure client deliverables are met within the established SLAs

- Responsible for ensuring productivity targets (Daily /Weekly/ Monthly/ Quarterly/ Yearly) are achieved

- Constantly strive to improve process efficiency and effectiveness

- Motivate the team to constantly improve productivity and efficiency towards team goals, project objectives, and company vision

- Provide administrative support in project management terms of status tracking and reporting

- Responsible for ensuring expected quality standards for ALL deliverables

- To facilitate a congenial and cohesive TEAM environment and ensure the team is always motivated

- Facilitate achievement of organization goal and objectives

- Track individual effort/output and provide feedback wherever necessary to the team towards constant improvement

- Support in department-level business planning activities

- Customer Engagement and Satisfaction - delivery to Cost, Quality, and Schedule

- Invoice sale order creation in SAP as per work done, BP approved business plans & stakeholder agreements

- Interfaces and influencing

- Engage and influence Project Directors, Group Leads & Project Managers counterparts at customer end

- Manage customer visits, project status review and reporting

- Supporting project acquisition

Process and Technology:

- Support corporate functions for process implementation, lessons learned, optimization & improvements

- Evaluation and feasibility analysis of technical requirements

- Create, Plans and manages all components of simple to high complexity IT projects varying in on Infrastructure skills.

People Management / Associate Engagement:

- Plan, nominate & coach TCP, PCP & Line associates for targeted development as per talent assessment

- Plan appropriate competency development, approve training for group members

- Performance reviews and feedback

- Recruitment planning for the group as per skill metrics and team composition pyramid

- Team building activities

- Communication of identified measures and tracking implementation of measures

- Contribution to department/section/organization goals & initiatives

Qualification And Experience:

1. B.E with 12-15 years- experience IT Projects

2. Experience in managing Technical/Customer projects/programs with geographically distributed teams

3. ITIL certification desired

4. Ability to manage operational staff working to tight timelines while maintaining quality

5. High standard of personal integrity (Dependability to handle extremely confidential information in a professional manner)

6. High level of Customer Focus, Accountability, High degree of integrity

7. Adaptability, able to handle multiple demands (Ability to multi-task)

8. Aggressive, flexible, and mentoring nature

9. Strong Knowledge in voice operations and phone etiquettes

10. Strong analytical, logical reasoning skills

11. Exceptional organizational skills

12. Experience in People management

13. Strong Experience & Ability to dive deep in the IT software/systems domain and Automation

14. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
