Senior Project Manager - Project Management/Consulting - Online/Internet

Roles and Responsibilities:

The role would involve working very closely with the CEO and the core management team and the person make a very significant contribution to the overall business in a rapidly expanding startup

Full Cycle Project Management -

- Planning:- Project pre-launch studies to define project goals, roadmap & dependencies and timelines

- Execution: - Facilitate team leads to achieve business targets by performing cross functional support functions and mitigating dependencies at various stages.

- Analysis and Reporting: - Track project timelines and mitigate project risks through prior project analysis. Regular reporting and communication of key metrics to the relevant stakeholders

- Innovations:- Introduction of constant innovations in running projects and introduce effective knowledge sharing practices

Role Requirements

- Prior Project Management/ Consulting experience of 4-6 years preferably in the tier -I/big 4 consulting firms

- Knack for problem solving with strong footholds on structure building and execution

- Ability to work across teams and translate business requirements to projects

- Educational Background: Tier I Engineering/MBA institutes

- Location: Bangalore.

Compensation: Attractive Cash + Equity
