Responsibilities:
Project Leadership & Management:
- Plan and execute all aspects of warehouse and industrial construction projects on land parcels exceeding 20 acres.
- Ensure projects are completed within budget, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.
- Organize and supervise construction activities, coordinating effectively with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
- Manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor project progress and provide timely reporting to leadership.
Technical Expertise & Compliance:
- Possess a deep understanding of industrial construction methodologies and procedures.
- Interpret and ensure adherence to all relevant statutory requirements for greenfield and brownfield development.
- Integrate IGBC green building principles into project design and construction processes.
- Possess working knowledge of PEB (Pre-Engineered Building) construction methods.
Collaboration & Communication:
- Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including design consultants, statutory bodies, PMC (Project Management Consultancy) firms, and end-users.
- Communicate effectively and transparently to manage expectations and address any concerns.
Qualifications:
Mandatory Requirements:
- Minimum 15+ years of experience in construction or project management.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale industrial and warehouse development projects across multiple locations.
- Demonstrated understanding of statutory requirements for industrial and warehousing projects (greenfield & brownfield).
- Excellent communication and networking skills to liaise with diverse stakeholders
