Job Purpose :
- The role is responsible for the identification, engagement, design, and delivery of strategic transformation programs across multiple business units.
- The role will involve handling major/transformational Projects under Run the company and Change the company categories.
- Help build a culture of innovation, transformation & technology adoptions.

- Work with BEX and extended BEX / change agents across CMA and business units.
- Help create change acceptance across stakeholder groups.
Functional Responsibilities :
- Collate project updates from project leaders and process owners
- Help each project team to adopt the required project management standard documentations/templates
- Arrange & track project life cycle tollgate review meetings with steering groups
- Ensure timely preparation & distribution of project dashboards to leadership teams
- Own and maintain consolidated Program governance report for all BEX projects.
- Maintain a high-level understanding of the scope & objective for each project in the change portfolio
- Partner & consult each project team on change execution & project management.
- Timely escalation of project risk/issues/challenge/delays.
- Maintain strong stakeholder relationships with the business, Ops & corporate functions.
- Consult and partner cost-benefit analysis effort for every project.
Job Requirements :
Qualifications & Experience :
- Graduate; Engineer preferred;
- Postgraduate in Finance or MBA preferred;
- 9 to 15 years
Functional Competencies & Professional experience :
- Minimum 5+ year of experience in managing sizeable projects
- 5+ years of exposure in the financial services industry
- Experience in financial services operations & business
- Project management Or Six Sigma certification preferred
- High commercial awareness required
- Proven track record of transformation, Innovation & problem solving
- Experience in managing vendors/solution partners
- Senior reference checks to be shared by previous employers
- Experience in technology/solution deployments
