Senior Project Manager - Banking Domain

Position : Sr. Project Manager

Skills -

1) I am looking forward to get a senior PM having about 14-16 years of overall IT software projects experience and about 5-6 years of project management experience. The majority of the experience should be in banking domain related projects.

2) The senior PM candidate should have handled 3-4 large scale banking domain projects in last 5-7 years period for complete SDLC cycle. The candidate with product implementation experience will be preferred.

3) The candidate need to be familiar with banking jargons and basic banking processes. Appropriate product training will be arranged from our side.

4) The candidate need to have good working & technical knowledge of JAVA, Web Apps & Oracle technologies for technical solution understanding and support to development team on need basis.

5) Education wise engineering graduate will be preferred.

6) Communication skills will also be one of the important parameter in selection process.

Exp - 14-16 yrs

Education - BE, PMP certification (preferable but not mandatory)

Can gives directives to - Tech Leads, BA, Development & testing team

Key Performance Indicators -

- Smart & effective project communication with bank & internal stakeholders, members

- Project planning, risk management, tracking & monitoring tasks/activities.

- Weekly status update to bank & internal stakeholders

- Scope, Cost & Schedule management for the project.

- Project deliverable s review, estimation etc.
