Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities:

- Develop comprehensive project plans, including detailed timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.

- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and stakeholder requirements.

- Establish and maintain project governance structures and processes.

- Create and manage detailed project schedules, ensuring realistic timelines and milestones.

- Monitor project progress, identify potential delays, and implement corrective actions.

- Utilize project management tools to track and report on schedule performance.

- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and specifications.

- Implement quality control processes and conduct regular reviews to ensure project success.

- Manage and track project documentation.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, providing regular updates and managing expectations.

- Prepare and present detailed project reports, including progress, risks, and issues.

- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project team members and stakeholders.

- Lead and motivate project teams, providing guidance and mentorship.

- Assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure efficient task completion.

- Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

- Manage project budgets, ensuring adherence to allocated resources and controlling expenses.

- Optimize resource utilization and identify cost-saving opportunities.

- Forecast and track project expenses.

- Identify and assess project risks and develop mitigation strategies.

- Proactively address project issues and resolve conflicts.

- Document and track all project risks and issues.

Qualifications:

Education:

- Master's/Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a related field.

Experience:

- 8-10 years of proven experience in project management.

Certifications:

- PMP Certification is highly preferred.
