- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project team members and stakeholders.
- Lead and motivate project teams, providing guidance and mentorship.
- Assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure efficient task completion.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
- Manage project budgets, ensuring adherence to allocated resources and controlling expenses.
- Optimize resource utilization and identify cost-saving opportunities.

Qualifications:
Education:
- Master's/Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
Experience:
- 8-10 years of proven experience in project management.
Certifications:
- PMP Certification is highly preferred.

- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking in project planning and management.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate project teams.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
