Senior Project Developer - Renewable Energy Sector

Senior Project Developer (Strong industrial promoter in the Renewable Energy sector)

Role:

- To lead the development of Renewable Energy (RE) and RE Hybrid Projects, providing operational and pragmatic support to the company.

- Conceptualize and manage wind, solar, hybrid, and battery storage projects.

- Collaborate with Business Development and Finance teams on due diligence, risk analysis, scheduling, and valuation.

- Coordinate with utility and non-utility off-take origination, Transmission, Legal, Project Finance, Engineering, Procurement, and Construction teams.

- Engage with PGCIL, CEA, STUs, DISCOMS, and regulatory authorities.

- Implement innovative project development approaches.

- Secure permits and ensure environmental compliance.

- Manage project budgets, schedules, and deliverables.

- Oversee contractors, vendors, and consultants.

- Engage with community and governmental institutions for project support.

Requirements:

- Engineering Graduate (MBA preferred)

- 7 to 10 years of experience in renewable energy project development.

- Strong understanding of the power and renewable energy market.

- Proven track record of bringing projects to commercial operation date (COD).

- Ability to adopt and integrate new RE technologies.

- Excellent project management and communication skills.

- Knowledge of utility-scale renewable power generation and marketing.
