Job Title: Sr. Program Manager (Threat & Resilience)
Key Responsibilities :
- Enhance, track, and report on risk metrics which are key performance indicators, allowing performance improvements so that the desired outcomes are achieved to plan and in a timely manner.
- Drive the process by which risk mitigation program standards are attained.
- Partner with the analytic team to help build predictive models and actionable intelligence.
- Identify, develop and implement Risk management program elements required to meet the unique needs of India Security and Loss Prevention.
- Lead crisis management planning and emergency response.
- Manage a high volume workload and in fast pace, complex, dynamic environment.
- Manage complex data streams and identify meaningful, actionable trends.
- Responsible for leading the design, implementation and maintenance of the risk management framework within INSLP in line with its strategic plans including developing and maintaining detailed risk management policies and processes and working with key business stakeholders to facilitate the embedding of these across INSLP.
- Responsible for the ongoing review and challenge of risk framework effectiveness and the implementation of risk management best practices Key point of contact for risk reporting for INSLP.
- Provide support to key internal and external stakeholders in implementing the team's risk framework.
The Ideal Candidate :
- Full time Bachelor/Master's Degree from accredited university Required 10 + years of experience in one or all of the following disciplines of risk management, loss prevention, asset protection, transportation/supply chain security, guard force utilization, and investigations. Required 4+ years experience in a customer service driven environment.
- Decision Making/ Problem Solving- demonstrate ability to proactively gather the right data from appropriate sources, probe/consider all of the facts, consider other perspectives; conduct root cause analysis; draw sound inferences; prioritize key factors; act decisively, promptly and confidently; flexible in approach; able to operate with limited guidance from management.
- Proven ability to work with and influence leaders and other key departments within organization
Preferred :
- Ability to conduct risk analysis assessments. Required Internally, develops networks and strategies throughout all functions and levels to influence, convince and drive initiatives. Ability to brief management Required Workplace Violence and/or Business Continuity experience Required Professional Certifications CPP/PSP/PCI / CRMA etc.
