Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager with a proven track record in SAP end-to-end roll-outs.

The ideal candidate will have 12+ years of Program Manager experience with proven experience in managing large-scale SAP implementation projects across multiple geographies, ensuring timely and successful delivery while aligning with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and oversee SAP end-to-end roll-out programs across different business units and geographies.

- Develop and execute SAP implementation strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

- Manage project timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and stakeholders to ensure successful SAP deployments.

- Define and track key project KPIs, ensuring continuous monitoring and improvement.

- Collaborate with SAP functional and technical teams, ensuring smooth integration with existing systems.

- Ensure adherence to best practices, compliance, and security standards in SAP implementations.

- Drive change management and user adoption initiatives, conducting training programs as required.

- Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless coordination between business, IT, and external vendors.

- Proactively identify and mitigate risks associated with SAP roll-outs.

- Report to senior leadership on project progress, milestones, and key challenges.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 12+ years of experience in Program Manager with proven experience in managing SAP end-to-end implementation and roll-out programs.

- Extensive experience in SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, SAP modules (Finance, Supply Chain, HR, etc.

- Strong expertise in program management, stakeholder management, risk management, and budgeting.

-[ Experience in multi-country and multi-business unit SAP deployments.

- Hands-on experience in Agile/Waterfall methodologies for SAP project delivery.

- Ability to drive business process transformation through SAP.

- Knowledge of integration with third-party applications and cloud-based solutions.

- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- SAP certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is a plus.

- Experience in leading large teams in an onsite-offshore model.

Educational Qualification:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.

- Relevant SAP certifications are highly desirable.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in SAP upgrades, migrations, or cloud transformations.

- Knowledge of SAP Fiori, BTP (Business Technology Platform), and AI/ML integrations.
