Key Responsibilities but not limited to:
- Project Management: Lead the project management unit at the state level, overseeing the planning, implementation, and evaluation of programs aimed at promoting tech innovation, STEM learning, and 21st-century skills in government schools.
- Strategic Partnership: Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with state education departments, educational institutions, NGOs, and other stakeholders to establish effective public-private partnerships aligned with Muskaan Dreams' mission and goals.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build relations & engage with key stakeholders including government officials, educators & community leaders to garner support, build consensus, and drive collaborative efforts towards achieving meaningful impact.
- Capacity Building: Develop and implement capacity-building initiatives for government school teachers, administrators, and other stakeholders to enhance their skills in integrating technology, STEM education, and 21st-century skills into the curriculum and teaching practices.
- Monitoring and Evaluation: Establish robust monitoring and evaluation mechanisms to track the progress, impact, and effectiveness of programs, ensuring accountability and continuous improvement in achieving desired outcomes.
- Resource Mobilisation: Work closely with the HR team to recruit and build high energy & high-performing teams.
Documentation and Reporting: Ensure accurate and timely documentation of project activities, milestones, and outcomes, and prepare comprehensive reports for internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Education, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field. Additional qualifications in project management or public policy will be an advantage.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of relevant experience in project management with government at state level.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects, building partnerships, and delivering impactful results in challenging environments.
- Strong understanding of the Indian education system, government processes, and policies, particularly at the state level.
- Excellent communication, writing, documenting, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement innovative solutions to address educational challenges and promote sustainable change.
- Proficiency in data analysis, monitoring, and evaluation techniques to measure project outcomes and impact.
- Fluency in English and Hindi; proficiency in regional languages will be an advantage.
- Ability to travel within the state and occasionally nationally as required.
