Whom are we looking for?

- This project offers an opportunity to join a combined team from a global strategy consulting firm and a leading bank in the Philippines.

- The engagement is part of a large retail banking technology transformation program which includes the implementation of a new core banking solution. To support the project team, there is a need for an experienced Program Manager with proven experience delivering large scale Temenos Transact implementations for Secured and Unsecured Loans for Retail and Commercial banking.

Role Scope:

- Planning the overall program, monitoring the progress, and managing the budget, ensuring progress against important milestones where consistent and coordinated implementation is required

- Act as the primary liaison between IT, business units, executive management, and external vendors. Ensure clear communication, manage expectations, and build strong relationships

- Work closely with Temenos and the System Integration vendor to drive alignment between their outcomes and program objectives

- Monitor and manage risks associated with the program and taking corrective measures

- Provide comprehensive reports on program progress, challenges, and achievements to senior management and other key stakeholders

- This will be an initial 6 month phase of work with options for further extensions.

- The project is run in English and so there is no requirement for local language skills. The client is open to individuals already located in Manilla or those keen to re-locate for this engagement. Visa solutions and sponsorship is available.
