- Deliver projects ON TIME and IN FULL within budgets / resources
- Ensure high quality of implementation, Ensure high CSS (customer satisfaction) and reduced customer escalations thru structured project management / implementation, Review implementation options and agree the approach with stakeholders.

- Foster an environment for 'design thinking' in implementation through usage of tools, automation, standardization
- Provide a Implementation support infrastructure to ensure customer satisfaction and customer engagement as a priority through various stages like Planning, testing, training, data migration, IT infra,
- Identify Implementation issues (product versions, issues on support, implementation, design or development) and ensure timely closure of these issues, Identify root causes and provide leadership on defect prevention through proper diagnostics.
- Accountable for the operational and financial performance of the project(s); ensure effective resource utilization
- Develop durable, excellent relationships with peers and other relevant stakeholders - Engineering, Support, Quality, CDO, Services, Admin, PACE, etc.
- Allocates the appropriate staffing to achieve the plan and creates monitoring processes to evaluate results and make timely adjustments to ensure effective operating results.
- Provide proper Governance Mechanisms; Conduct project steering committee / working committee meetings; Keep track of all project action points with relevant stakeholders.
- Foster an environment where Associate Satisfaction and engagement is a priority and feedback from Associates is addressed in a proactive and inclusive manner.
