Senior Program Manager - Insurance & Financial Services Sector - Big4

Big4 is hiring for Senior Program Manager for Insurance & FS sector for Pune location

Responsibilities:

- Formulate, organize and monitor inter-connected projects

- Decide on suitable strategies and objectives

- Coordinate cross-project activities

- Lead project managers and other projects staff

- Develop and control deadlines, budgets and activities

- Apply change, risk and resource management

- Assume responsibility for coordinating program stakeholders

- Assess program performance and aim to maximize ROI

- Resolve projects' higher scope issues

- Prepare reports for program directors

Requirements and skills:

- Proven experience as a Program Manager or other managerial position for multiple geographies

- Knowledge of GCC landscape

- Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methods

- Excellent Knowledge of project monitoring and change management controls

- Excellent knowledge of MS Office; working knowledge of program/project management software (Basecamp, MS Project etc.) is a strong advantage

- Outstanding leadership and organizational skills

- Excellent communication skills

- Excellent problem-solving ability

- Education qualification desirable is minimum of Graduation along with Management degree & with minimum of 20 year of work experience
