They want you to be part of this growth story.  - The Senior Program Manager of Innovations will have end-to-end responsibility for identifying, planning, resourcing, execution and review of strategic projects and new programs.   - Reporting to the Vice President of Product Management, this role requires a unique blend of business acumen, business development, program management and stakeholder management, a big-picture orientation, and the drive to make that vision a reality.   - As a program manager, you will work with cross functional teams managing multiple strategic projects.  Key responsibilities include, but not limited to :   - Working closely with senior leaders, identify growth and innovation opportunities for the company. These innovations will span product, pricing, channel and partnership opportunities.   - Once opportunity is identified, drive the methodical exploration of the innovation by designing and implementing pilots or new programs.   - Achieve operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews.  - Prepare and execute action plans, project plans, Gantt charts complete with resource and budget requirement   - Many projects or programs will involve extensive field work in rural areas.   - Partner with multiple functions including sales, marketing, product, operations and Information technology teams through phases from design to go-to-market.   - Drive discipline around structured testing of hypotheses with clarity on metrics and measurement.   - Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.  - Enhance organizational impact by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value  - Own end-to-end communications from scratch and ensuring that the communication is received and communicated among stakeholders  Required Skills & Experience :   - 5+ years of prior experience in project or program management  - Proven track record of leading projects from inception to go-to-market  - Evidence of competence and comfort working in rural areas in difficult conditions  - Formal project management skills/training with extreme attention to detail  - Excels at working in ambiguous situations and comfort within fast-moving entrepreneurial organizations  - Cross-functional leadership and proven execution experience  - Strong blend of analytical (statistical analysis), decision-making and creative problem solving skills  - Evidence of success in several of Planning, Stakeholder Management, Lean product development methodologies, Human Centered Design, Process Improvements, Strategic Planning, dealing with Complexity, Analyzing Information, Performance Management, financial inclusion / innovation (CGAP type experience, MFI product innovation), rural markets
