Senior Program Manager HR (TA)


Role & Responsibilities:

- Responsible for delivery of hiring needs within Technology hiring vertical within SLA.

- People Management - Should be able to manage a team of ~10 team members including setting SLAs and tracking performance.

- Implement new sourcing methodologies (e.g. social recruiting, Boolean searches, headhunting etc) and utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to source candidates.

- Stakeholder Management - should have excellent communication skills and should be able to present in the review meetings, presenting market insights.

- Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics (e.g. time-to-hire and cost-per-hire) to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data-driven decisions. including dashboarding and maintaining hiring trackers.

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.

- Lead employer branding initiatives and participate in recruitment events to promote the company.

- Should have an experience working on an ATS (preferably Workday)

- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems for efficient candidate management.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ideal Candidate:

- Post-Graduate in any discipline.

- Candidate should have a minimum experience of 12-14 Years of experience in Technology / IT industry hiring.

- Should have experience of hiring skillsets like RPA A360 hiring, Dot net core, Automation testing, Agile, ETL, RPA support etc.

- Good sourcing skills - Should be able to guide /coach the team on their targets, new sourcing methodologies, hiring process, SLAs ensuring team meets the hiring targets. - Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

- Proven experience as a People Manager or in a similar role.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
