Job Description :
- Exciting Opportunity to drive the HR function in a fast-paced environment
- Work with the global and Indian stakeholders strongly to drive change management
- Being an advisor while working very closely with the stakeholders to understand the requirements well along with sharing market insights to improve quality and TAT
- Responsible for driving governance on critical business metrics such as Employee Engagement and Retention
- Working very closely with the senior stakeholders and business heads to drive organization culture and foster growth
- Lead the way in implementing change initiatives related to culture, performance, recognition, and policies
- Advise managers on growth management capabilities
- Streamlining internal processes and building strategies to ensure smooth implementation of plans.
- Be innovative and experiment with ideas to overcome challenges of growth and the need to scale
- Partnering with COEs to tackle business problems and to execute on organization wide talent initiatives
- Deliver and solve short-term and long-term problems by addressing challenges
- Analyze trends and develop proactive actions to further support business objectives
- Formulate HR policies and ensure smooth implementation across the organization
- Strong understanding of excel is a must
- Candidates with an experience of working in BPO/BPM organizations is a must. Only candidates with BPO / BPM experience will be considered
- Strategic HR professional who can get the engine running smoothly, understand the requirements well and drive them to completion
- Superior people development skills and robust stakeholder management skills
- Proficient in written, verbal communication and presentation skills with great attention to detail
- Advanced ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize under pressure
- Advanced ability to solve problems efficiently and creatively
- Ability to work independently in an unstructured environment
- Ability to work both as a HR at both strategic and transactional level
