We are hiring as a Sr. Program Manager for a leading E-Commerce company for Bangalore location.
Job Responsibilities-
- Create policies, strategies, and processes to support merchant services and enable business growth while ensuring compliance with legal requirements and Amazon policies on product quality.
- Protect Amazon brand by investigating and researching brand risk issues to provide business resolution. Develop India market-specific policies and policy recommendations to improve both reactive and
- Proactive enforcement, maximize automation and efficiency in resolving issues to protect buying experience
- Lead programs designed to preserve seller trust and improve seller experience on the platform Develop & deliver educational and training materials for internal and external communication
- Analyze data from different sources, key industry benchmarks, and emerging trends to deliver high quality and actionable business insights. Track, measure and report on key metrics which show our success in reducing negative buying experience
- Lead analyses of product implementations, weighing customer experience, risk exposure, and operational cost.
- Develop & maintain key relationships with internal stakeholders across Amazon, particularly teams focused on third party seller business growth and policy enforcement
- Coordinate and manage individual contributors from cross-functional teams to accomplish shared objectives.
Qualifications: 6+ years of e-commerce, marketing, product/program management, consulting or related experience.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
Experience/ Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSA)-
- Extensive experience in product, program, and/or project management in leading cross-functional teams in delivery of major new products or services in ecommerce, retail, logistics, supply chain, internet products or related fields.
- Experience defining market and product requirements, working with engineering organizations to rapidly deliver high-impact capabilities to market.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling positioning/messaging strategy and present complex information clearly and concisely.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to justify requirements, features and drive management of product.
- High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously with minimal supervision.
- Collaborative working style. Must work well in a team environment. Must have bias for action and strong work ethic.
- Proven ability to deliver first class customer experiences with a deep understanding of UX best practices.
