The Partner Operations Manager will oversee and lead the operations across Company Owned Company Operated (COCO) stations and Driver Franchises managed by franchisee partners. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong operational expertise and excellent relationship management skills to ensure seamless operations and high levels of partner satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
1. Operational Management:
- Oversee daily operations at COCO stations to ensure efficiency, safety, and quality service.
- Monitor and support the operations of Driver Franchises managed by franchisee partners, ensuring adherence to company standards and protocols.
- Implement and maintain operational procedures and best practices across all locations.
2. Franchisee Relationship Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact for franchisee partners, addressing any operational issues and providing necessary support.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and audits of franchisee operations to ensure compliance and performance standards are met.
- Facilitate open communication channels between the company and franchisees to address concerns and share best practices.
3. Quality Assurance:
- Develop and enforce quality control measures to maintain high service standards across all operations.
- Implement regular training programs for COCO and franchisee staff to ensure consistent service delivery.
4. Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for COCO stations and Driver Franchise, identifying areas for improvement.
- Prepare and present detailed operational reports to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and action plans.
5. Strategic Planning and Implementation:
- Assist in the development of operational strategies to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Lead the implementation of new initiatives and technologies aimed at improving operational processes and customer satisfaction.
6. Stakeholder Engagement:
- Work closely with internal teams (e.g., supply chain, marketing, and customer service) to align operational strategies with overall business objectives.
- Represent the company in meetings and negotiations with potential and existing franchisee partners.
7. Risk Management:
- Identify potential operational risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies at all operational sites.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. An MBA is preferred ONLY FROM TIER 1 INSTITUTE
- 3+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in the startups, automotive, logistics, or energy sectors.
- Proven experience in managing franchisee relationships and multi-site operations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze complex data and develop actionable insights.
- Proficiency in using operational management software and tools.
