Senior Program Manager/ Associate Director Strategy - EdTech

We are currently retained by growth stage EdTech startup to look for Sr Program Manager / Associate Director Strategy

Job Synopsis :

- Managing the programs and relationships with Strategic Partners

- Monitor the performance of B2B client engagements, and drive category/delivery ops managers to take the necessary action

- Design and execute the Market Research & Analysis in following areas :

- New categories and offerings in B2B space

- Growth and Expansion in new markets

- Strategic Partnerships and M&A

- Drive Strategy and Operations initiatives - product development, marketing initiatives, resource planning etc.

- Lead a small team of Program managers and Category Managers

Job Requirements :

a. Be a B-School graduates with 3-6 years of experience in a Management Consulting firm or Start-up

b. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely
