Purpose of the Job :

Main activities include :

- Proven track record of delivering large transformation projects across large multi-location organization

- Lead program management & responsible for delivering bz outcomes as part of program

- The role has global responsibilities and drives work on the key building blocks with + outside organization. The role requires close interaction with senior management, bz teams, consulting firms, partners etc.

Major Activities :

- Lead global transformation program as part of IT team

- Accountable & responsible for delivering bz outcomes as part of program

- Be a change agent for bringing change in the organization

- Bring new technology / frameworks / partners to successfully deliver transformation journey

Essential Qualifications :

- Engineering with MBA Degree

- Implementation of 5-7 global transformation programs in Telecom/Digital Domain

Requisite Skills :

Technical :

- Exposure to BSS / OSS product and technologies

- Digital technology awareness - Social, Mobile, API-

- Global program management of transformational projects

- Process re-engineering & lean management

Functional :

- Proven track record of delivering large transformation projects across large multi-location organization

- Good exposure to various facets of IT like architecture, delivery, program management etc

Behavioral :

- Exemplary interpersonal skills to get the best out of multi-cultural, geographically diverse team.

- Effective Leadership Driving Change across breadth and depth of organization

- Ability to effectively communicate and partner with global stakeholders

- Ability to coach development team members

- Excellent communications skills (verbal, writing, presenting).

- Comfort working with a team across multiple time zone and geographies is required.

Work Experience :

- Minimum 15+ years of overall experience

- Experience in handling global transformation projects

- Worked in large corporates
