Senior Professional - Global Financial Advisory (M&A)

Roles & Responsibilities :- Financial Advisory (M&A) is responsible for researching the market and presenting findings and suggestions for merger and acquisition prospects for the business.
- Deliver and review high-quality, transaction reports and other M&A work products.
- M&A Analyst is given the responsibility with conducting research on prospective firms and preparing customized presentations for business executive teams to use in negotiation meetings.
- Ability to initiate the tracking of key metrics and ensures that the data he gathers is accurate and current after which he creates reports for senior merger and acquisition management for consideration.
- Addressing complex technical risks and issues with senior client staff and manage key client relationships and expectations.
- Assist the senior members of the practice on pursuits and pitches, including preparation of presentations for client meetings and RFP responses.
- Provide deep insights on IT aspects of deals that are relevant and valued by clients and readers of the reports.
- Transaction structuring, including determining optimal capital structure and ability to provide input into and mark up legal agreements
- Research and analysis of IT information, including a broad and deep understanding of core aspects of a typical IT function, including architecture, strategy, service delivery, infrastructure, applications, and IT financials.
- Interfacing with senior external client stakeholders at executive level, e.g. Private equity directors and CxOs, and internal stakeholders.
- Winning Business. Demonstrate an awareness of the need to win new business and knowledge of company services (based on assignment feedback).
