Senior Product - Digital Lending Product - Thane / Mumbai

Lending is one of the biggest drivers of revenue for the organization. The person needs to have an understanding of credit, understanding of customer profiles, being able to constantly see that how the customer journey can be optimized to identify the right kind of customers. Also work with marketing, analytics & other lines of businesses across secured & unsecured lending.

Job Description:

- Experience of building lending products digitally, understand the digital space, has done business in digital space & understand the product lines across secured & unsecured lending.

- Anyone from NBFC, banks or FinTech's, who have worked with partners & built strong digital lending books. Preferable will be more focus on Unsecured lending since they will have the ability of identify customers, identify risk, build strong models with credit teams.

- Has to have worked with policy teams to influence policy matrix, Should have a managed P&L. Having experience on Mortgage(LAS, LAP, HL) will be an added advantage.
