Senior Product - Channel, Analytics & Governance (for a leading NBFC)
The agenda for product team was to build from scratch what the digital properties of the D2C omni-channel platform.
The strategic objective for next year is to, while continuing to building & working very closely with partners or services across the group to co create products in the BFSI space, but at the same time also to drive business growth.
This person will be responsible for managing all the DIY & Assisted digital Channels. Its is a role which cuts across all the products that they cater to wiz: Lending products, Insurance products, Investments products & VAS products.
Wants someone who:
- Understands technology in digital space
- Analytics & good governance in the digital space for products in the BFSI space.
KRA:
- The person here will be responsible for managing the governance practices across the app, for funneling & prioritizing what goes on to the app, managing the release of the app itself.
- This vertical is responsible for managing all the horizontal utilities across the app, website or other digital channels like chatbot, search engines, managing data sanctity across the app, managing good governance practices.
Skillset:
- Ability to understand technology
- Building digital journeys is not important but has to manage channel metrics like managed downloads, managed MAU (Monthly Active Users) numbers
- Someone who can handle analytics platforms like Clevertap
- Has done engagement practices which are not marketing led but product led
- Anchored good governance practices across mobile app like info security, data sanity etc. will be a good fit
