Senior Product Owner - Website User Experience

Key Responsibilities:

- Ongoing review and enhancement of websites through content management and design; ensuring accuracy, consistency and alignment with overall business and marketing strategies, while adhering to safety and regulatory requirements.

- Manage multiple project critical path utilizing a team of developers and agencies.

- Provide direction on website content and design to various stakeholders to ensure alignment with the overall digital strategy; which includes coordinating/publishing content, while ensuring continuity of themes and design layout.

- Streamline navigation and overall information architecture, in order to improve the online UX.

- Ability to leverage analytics, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), market research and usability testing to create and continuously enhance web content and design strategy.

- Work within corporate environments/cultures with numerous stakeholders (including all levels of management, Legal, Information Security, Privacy, and Information Technology).

- Collaborate with product managers, developers and SEO analysts for understanding, refining and estimating the project requirement.

- Ability to multi-task and work against multiple deadlines/priorities.

Skills Required:

- 8+ years of relevant experience with Internet/Intranet/web design and content management work.

- Experience working collaboratively across all disciplines including: User Experience (UX), Project Management, Analytics

- Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Content Management Systems (CMS), and Design.

- Proven experience with overall UX/Design principles, enforcement of Style Guides and other Digital Web Standards.

- Exceptional level of attention to detail design and UX and functionality development.

- Working Knowledge of user research, user workflow, modularising, interaction design, information architecture design, conceptual design, best practices in mobile design, design guidelines, and ability to evaluate design concepts.

- Experience designing well thought out user experiences and interface designs, with a diverse portfolio of your own work to demonstrate this.

- Knowledge of standard software tools (such as Adobe XD, Photoshop and Sketch.) to provide UI designs.

- Knowledge in programming languages HTML, CSS and JavaScript.

- Knowledge in Drupal 8 and latest JavaScript related web frameworks: Angular and React.

- Knowledge in AWS and other web server technology.

- Knowledge in SharePoint design.

- Knowledge in Marketing Automation tools, like HubSpot.
