Senior Product Operations - Gaming Industry - Bangalore/Gurgaon

Responsibilties :

- Lead current product Ops Team

- Be responsible for Platform Hygiene from Product Ops standpoint

- High attention to detail; Close current gaps in Product Operations via ongoing process improvement or by automation in Match Admin, Contest Admin, Settlement, Feed, Audience

- Training of his team members

- Efficient Stakeholder coordination

- Making sure all the following areas are taken care of

- Pre/During Match- Matches, Feed, Match card order, Contest, contest ordering, Banners

- Post Match Settlement

- Missions

- Manage product Configs

Requirements :

- 3-7yrs of customer focus, data driven experience required.

- Experience in Product Management and Program Management of key strategics projects.
