- To handle Product Marketing of given B2B segment.
- Identifying growth opportunities and developing strategy to tap market potential
- Closely working with sales team to ensure meeting plan
- Working closely with cross functional team for launch of category defining products
- Ensure higher realization by driving new product sales, training team on concept selling and creating strong communication platform
- Track large deals and ensure conversion
- Facilitate sales through channel by motivating channel network
- Drive promotional plan through various brand building activities
- Track competition and provide inputs on trends and competitor's activities
Education: Graduate Engineer with MBA only from Tier 1 colleges
Desired profile:
- 3 to 8 years of relevant exp in Marketing.
- Confident, mature person with excellent communication/presentation skills
- Demonstrate personal drive and be target oriented
- Aggressive and productive approach towards market development
- Should be able to identify emerging market trends & building a business strategy to face challenges of promising markets
- Identifying gaps in product portfolio and driving new product development
- Team player with strong cross functional networking ability
- Strong on developing pitch for concept and solution selling
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize time with minimal supervision
- Candidate with experience of Marketing function should only apply.
