Senior Product Manager - Wealth/Mutual Funds Products - FinTech

We are looking for a person to join Edelweiss Personal Wealth Advisory team as part of the Digital Platforms and Products sub-group.

In this role, he / she will report into the Digital Platform Head and will be responsible to strategize, build, maintain and drive growth of Wealth oriented products like Mutual Funds, Bonds, Corporate FDs etc. across our retail client base.

The role will include identifying weaknesses in our current wealth products offering, identifying digital first solutions, overseeing implementation and driving growth across Edelweiss.in, Edelweiss Mobile Trader, EXE platforms and offline channels.

Role includes but does not limit to:

- Take ownership of acquisition, transaction experience and reporting for all wealth products across website, mobile site, mobile app, EXE and offline

- Understand user behaviour through analytics, surveys and research. Create multiple segments of users, introduce new investor products, strike new alliances and oversee the contracts of existing ones

- Manage CRM/LMS for tracking & converting leads, managing team, generating reports, automating marketing communication, run special offers and ads for different segments with support of the marketing team

- Monitor user feedback, and resolve issues with support of Customer Service team

- Introduce new investor oriented products like NPS, Corporate FDs, Insurance, Structured Products etc. while ensuring existing order and transaction experience gets streamlined

- Oversee and develop reporting for all investor products for clients

- Coordinate and work closely with designers and developers to get product features ready

- Test the product to ensure it meets our requirements and gives a great user experience

Preferred Qualities:

- Be a MBA + B.Tech/B.E from

- Have worked in mutual funds or broking or wealth domain for 3+ years at a product, operations or platforms level

- Be an e-commerce & mobile apps enthusiast and have an eye for detail

- Well versed with creating wireframes/prototypes and developing requirement documents for technology teams to implement

- Excellent in multi-tasking, co-ordination with partners/vendors and managing people
