Your Academic Qualifications -
B.Tech- BE from tier 1 institute and/or
MBA - tier 1 institute
You'll Be Improving & Responsible For
- Prepare PRDs, plan sprints, and collaborate with the Engineering team to launch features and products that will be utilised by millions of people
- Coordinate with the data science team to build models that will, inter alia, improve conversion on the job feed, increase retention, improve reactivation and other key metrics
- Build internal tools that will help internal teams such as Customer Success to automate job approval, improve job fulfilment and run promotions, for the growth team to forecast growth required
- Maintain and build new features for all internal communication tools used for in-app and off-app communications, including in-app chat, push notifications, WhatsApp, email, SMSes and IVR
- Your Experience Across The Years in the Roles You've Played -
- 4+ years of experience as Product Manager in a product-first SaaS/Consumer Product company

We're hiring for a Senior Product Manager to lead our User Retention and Communications initiatives. You'd build products that will directly impact one of the most critical metrics of business - user retention. As is the case for marketplace products, retention is a function of demand / supply in addition to the quality and ergonomics of the product. Against this background, you would be responsible for all features related to in-app and off-app communications, along with demand-supply matching algorithms that will determine the conversion on the app. Additionally, you'll also be building next-gen communication products like chatbots for Customer Success.
