- Ruthless prioritisation - There'll always be a ton of problems to solve, you'll be responsible for identifying which one to solve first and why
- Drive clarity across the org by over communicating the goals and a clear path to achieve those
- Work closely with merchants and internal stakeholders - Settlements, reconciliation, finance and operations to enable them to provide the best experience to merchants
- Partner with engineering to ship products that delight merchants, strike the right balance of impact vs engineering bandwidth, and makes a measurable impact on the business
- Define the key success metric for your product line and develop the vision, strategy, and roadmap for future product investments.
- Drive the execution of all product lifecycle processes for products, including product research, market research, competitive analysis, planning positioning, roadmap development, requirements development, and product launch
