Hiring a Sr Product management guy for E commerce venture of India's premier one-stop shop for cosmetics and healthcare Retail. The group has been in business from last 2 decades (1997) and Today have over 150 Retail stores with a major presence in South India including cities like Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Cochin and Mumbai.

Job Description :

Sr Product Management - Apps + Site (Desktop as well as mobile site)

Role description & Responsibilities

- Lead product development initiatives on multiple simultaneous projects across various platforms (Android, iOS, mobile, web, desktop etc) and own the product

- Think analytically about workflows and the impact of product features on sales conversion

- Work with the UX team to gain insight into customer behaviours and roll those insights into product features and improvements to improve customer experience

- Be data driven everyday to isolate opportunities to optimize features and grow user base

- Drive projects that that will directly increase growth/engagement/retention

- Build simple, yet elegant products with lot of appeal

- Drive product development with a team of world-class engineers, incorporating feedback from users, developers, business partners and other stake holders

- Integrate usability studies, research and market analysis into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction.

Required Skills

- Must have 2-3 years of product management experience in Mobile Apps (for iOS/ Android ) with a consumer internet company

- Engineering/ MBA from premier schools preferred

- Ability to play a leadership role

- Strong understanding of complete product development life-cycle

- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
