About the job :

As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for product management and managing stakeholders. The role needs to provide the best user/customer experience by product enhancement and taking new initiatives. Involved in product strategy.

Responsibilities will include :

1. Responsible for the management, growth & strategy planning of the product.

2. Responsible for building and executing new initiatives and roadmaps.

3. Understand the market, customers and build business cases for new product opportunities.

4. Leading the new initiatives for product growth, manage product lifecycle from ideation to launch and beyond.

5. Coordinating with all internal stakeholders to deliver product updates.

6. Use data, creativity, and experimentation to constantly improve the product experience.

Attributes we value :

1. 3-8 years of experience in product management (preferable) / product analyst role, working on building products or problem-solving in consumer-facing mobile-first companies.

2. Understand products and working of smartphone app ecosystem in depth.

3. Have a good understanding of funnels, sprint & agile ways of working, PRDs & wireframes.

4. Comfortable with ambiguity, believe in first principles and have the skill to transform broad ideas into action plans.

5. Have empathy towards users and colleagues and are creative and excited by ideating/ building.

6. Have the business acumen to appreciate and understand levers for business growth and profitability.

7. Seek high ownership, independent environments, and feedback-oriented cultures.

8. Have a fine balance of being process-driven, disciplined, frugal as well as nimble.

9. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities: must effectively communicate with technical and non-technical people.

10. Excellent problem-solving, organisational, and analytical skills, with the ability to evolve product strategy based on research, data, and industry trends.

11. Technical background of how products are coded and developed is a plus but not necessary.

Requirements :

1. Bachelor's/Master's degree from premier institutes (IIMs/ISB, IITs, NITs, BITS, NSIT, IIITs)

2. Experience- 3 to 8 years in Product Management
