Senior Product Manager - Shopping Experience - B2B Ecommerce

Our Client is a fast-growing startup that delivers Stuff in 10 minutes through an optimized network of dark stores that they are building across the country!

As the Product Leader for entire Shopping Experience, you will be responsible for:

1. Homepage

2. Category experiences + events

3. App core structure & navigation

4. Search

5. Product recommendations

6. Cart

7. Payment

8. Pricing & Offers

You are expected to have:

- 8+ years of work experience in Product Management and an overall experience of 10+ years

- Strongly preferred - experience in consumer-facing B2C products at scale.

- Experience in a fast-paced / start-up environment is a plus

- Strongly preferred - work experience across different facets of Shopping Experience and ability to demonstrate strategic thinking as well as depth in domain knowledge.

- A strong pedigree in terms of education and previous organizations is a plus

- High degree of customer-centricity and problem/opportunity-oriented mindset

- Ability to think out of the box to ideate and build solutions that are differentiated in a competitive industry

- Ability to apply a highly structured and detail oriented approach to problem-solving. At the same time, has ability to work under pressure and deliver tangible business impact in time-critical situations

- Strong analytical ability and remains on top of metrics for area of ownership.

- Is also abreast with innovations & trends in the industry with a mindset to apply the relevant ones in the area of ownership

- Demonstrated experience in leading different products and with different stakeholders while exhibiting ability to influence (successful) outcomes across several teams/functions

- Past experience in managing team.
