Senior Product Manager - Search & Discovery - eCommerce - IIT/IIM/ISB

We have an exciting opportunity for a Product Manager/ Sr. Product Manager - Search and Discovery role for an e-commerce real estate client based out of Bangalore.

Responsibilities :

- End to end responsibility of all user facing products

- Drive product improvements and optimizations that will improve app quality, delight users, and drive growth

- Understand user requirements, design products, write PRDs, educate sales teams, manage development timelines and track deliveries.

- Work closely with developers to get features tested and released

- Define product positioning and key product messages

- Communicate product priorities across the organization

Skills and experience :

- 2+ years experience in product development

- Bachelors or Masters preferably from Tier I colleges (IITs, IIMs, ISB, etc)

- Extensive knowledge of online and mobile business models and Internet/consumer technology

- Experience designing simple and intuitive user interfaces - ability to create examples through wireframes and mockups

- Demonstrated ability to partner with engineers to solve and implement complex technical challenges.

- Ability to thrive in a fast paced, startup environment
