Senior Product Manager - Search

Brief about the Team

Join the Product Team and shape the future of Healthcare. Looking for Senior Product Manager / Search and Personalization to drive our search experience, build scalable solutions and differentiators as a part of our e-Pharmacy pre-order team.

What we're looking for:

- 4 - 6 years of B2C product management experience (e-commerce experience is preferred) with at least 1 year of experience in Search

- Strong analytical thinking, data-driven insights, and structured problem-solving

- Proven ability to lead teams with empathy and influence stakeholders

- Experience in personalization, recommendations, or AI/ML/LLMs is a strong plus

What will you do:

Search Strategy & Roadmap:

- Define the product vision and roadmap for search, aligning with business objectives

Search Relevance & Ranking:

- Improve search algorithms, ranking models, and query understanding to enhance discoverability

Personalization & AI/ML Integration:

- Leverage machine learning models to personalize search results based on user behavior

Search Funnel Optimization:

- Reduce drop-offs, improve zero-result searches, and enhance auto-suggestions to drive conversion

Cross-functional Collaboration:

- Work closely with engineering, data science, UX, and category teams to deliver an intuitive and high-performing search experience

Metrics & Performance Tracking:

- Define and monitor key search KPIs like CTR, NDCG, search-to-cart ratio, and search latency

A/B Testing & Experimentation:

- Conduct experiments to improve search UX and ranking models iteratively
