Job Description - As a Senior Product Manager at a growing start-up based out of Bangalore, you will be responsible for developing product vision, strategy, and business plan for the organisation.

Description

As a Product Manager with the company, you will be responsible for:

- Engaging with customers to get insights into the needs and concerns of the clients data teams and implement improvements to address them

- Leveraging primary as well as secondary research tools to understand user journeys in technology adoption



- Developing product vision, strategy, and business plans and generate buy-in for the same internally as well as externally

- Working with the user design, engineering, and operations teams to define requirements and for product development

- Measuring performance and identifying opportunities to improve user experience, and increase adoption

Profile

The Ideal Candidate will have:

- Overall at least 6 years of experience with over 3 years of hands-on product management experience developing products for technical users

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field from a Top Tier institute



- Successful track record in working closely with engineering teams to deliver results with aggressive time lines

- Ability to multitask and generate a sense of urgency in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
