Saas / Cloud - Senior Product Manager Openings with top e-Commerce, Bangalore

- Interfacing effectively and establishing quick credibility and confidence with : Engineering, Customer Support, Business Development, partners, and direct customers.

- Managing the product roadmap/backlog of all the CRM and marketing automation-related products.

- Developing new CRM/marketing automation features and functionality in partnership with Engineering. You will need to provide customer use-case examples to Engineering and be the primary bridge between customer feedback and market requirements and R&D.

- Working very closely with User Experience to ensure that all your products are highly intuitive and easy-to-use

- Seamlessly interfacing with Core Platform Product Management to understand what how CRM/marketing automation solutions will interface with the core platform.

- Fully understanding the CRM and marketing automation landscape and creating a strategy for which CRM and marketing automation systems we should partner with.

- Understanding key partner APIs, and staying abreast of important changes in APIs and app marketplaces.

- Working with Marketing to develop material for multiple product or service launches including press releases, launch materials, customer presentations, videos, and training materials for Sales and Customer Success.

- Collaborating cross-functionally on competitive analysis, pricing, market development and field solutions.

Education :

- B.E, B tech only from Tier1 Insinuation

- Post Graduation from a Reputed College is a plus (IIM, ISB)
