Responsibilities :

- Understand customer problems and asks

- Evaluate their problems and arrive at the right solution

- Bring your expert view to the client rather than asking them for suggestions

- Explain the solution persuasively to the client and the delivery team If customer asks do not fit into the product vision, be able to say no and explain why

- Capture the requirements and solutions clearly as per Dev and QA team's criteria

- Demonstrate the solutions to our clients

Requirements :

- Minimum of two years in a similar role

- Work performed with 100% customer-centricity

- Stakeholder management

- Stellar presentation skills

- Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines

- Product Management experience

- Working in a B2B environment

- Experience in SaaS setups

- Supply chain/Logistics experience is a bonus
