- Experience in designing and launching new features for SaaS products from ideation phase through executive buy-in to post-launch optimization.
- Derive strategy, relevant methodologies, frameworks for all design phases i.e., discovery, ideate and define
- Synthesize and drive product strategy from interactions with customers, business stakeholders, legal and policy teams.
- Build and manage an actionable product roadmap
- Analyse and understand the competitive environment, customers and product metrics to determine the right set of features to drive engagement
- Design, develop and establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) - both customer facing as well as internal to business - to monitor analysis and provide strategic insights for features / functionality of product to drive growth and business performance
- Deep interest in the behavioural economics behind user decisions and track record of creative problem solving and bias towards action
- Strong command of Usability metrics and analytical skills.
- Managing prioritisation and trade-offs among customer experience, performance, and operational support
- Lead with an external perspective, challenge status quo and bring continuous innovation to our existing offerings
- Demonstrate learning agility, make decisions quickly and with the highest level of integrity
- Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels,
