CRITICAL SUCCESS FACTORS:
- Has the ownership and accountability for developing Company's Programmatic Ad Tech Platform and its related ads products.
- This position demands in-depth understanding of digital ads industrial & programmatic ad tech ecosystem with particular expertise on the Ad technology needs, business needs, and business problems in fast-growing digital ad industrial. Track market trends and competition across advertising technology
- Requiring strategic thinking, ingenuity, and innovation to drive and to plan Ad Tech related product development for the Company
- This role is a hands-on product manager to manage and to involve in Product GTM, product technical troubleshooting, market research, collecting business requirements, and working closely with the Engineering, Sales, Data and Ad operation teams to plan and deliver products. This role is highly responsible for the success of product development and product GTM to achieve advertising objectives
- Communication skills are incredibly important as the position interfaces heavily at all levels and across functions both inside Company and with our external partners and carries a high level of visibility
- Responsible for product roadmap development and management that accomplishes business/client goals
- Assist in partner due diligence and information gathering for existing partnerships, as well as new business opportunities
- Help to streamline all advertising implementations and integration efforts
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Proven experience in development or advanced usage in digital advertising technologies, focused on programmatic ad tech platform and mobile ad product development Experience working with engineering teams using Agile / Scrum software development & other common engineering best practices
- Proficient in the latest digital ads & video standards such as native ads, VAST, VPAID and RTB protocols
- Experience or technical understanding around the use of data driven advertising and data management platforms
- Prior experience in supporting and working with advertising sales, BD and ad ops organizations
- Excellent written and verbal communication as well as collaborative skills
- Ability to successfully address complicated and challenging problem sets
- Self-driven, motivated, and ability to drive objectives forward and see projects and initiatives through to completion
- Ability to learn new problems sets quickly and experience applying creative problem solutions
- Experience working in a cross functional organization and successfully navigating amongst groups to achieve objectives
- Ability to work well under pressure and time constraints to meet deadlines
- Excellent at prioritizing tasks and development features with the highest advertising ROI
REQUIREMENTS:
- Prior product management experience (at least 4+ years in PM, 7+ total) in advertising technology company
- B.S/MS. in Computer Science or a related business & marketing domain such as MBA is strongly preferred
- Superb data analysis skills and ability to deliver insight and action from information
- Passion and desire to play a key role in driving a new business & new product lines to success in the advertising technology space
- Deep understanding with the online advertising industry and ad platforms (Ad networks, DSPs, SSPs, Ad Exchanges, DMP)
