Brief:

"As part of our charter, we are working with different group companies on several analytic engagements that cuts across sectors i.e. Manufacturing, Retail, Financial Services, etc. One such engagement provides us with an opportunity to build a customer-centric product which would augment the capabilities of existing distribution channel through digital intervention.

To build this product, we are looking to put together a highly functional product team consisting of product managers, UI developer, front-end developers, back-end engineers. As a top priority, we are looking for a product manager"

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Overall end-to-end ownership of product strategy, product design, product development oversight, product marketing, and product launch

- Lead new product design and positioning by drafting product vision, requirements document for new products, and designing and developing overall user experience; guide teams (product engineers, sales reps, implementation configurators) regarding needs of product, priorities, and timeline for deliverables and solutions

- Lead, Drive, Influence Core team meeting towards rational data driven decisions, effectively balancing availability of information, need for speed in business and other key factors.

- Coordinate with design, content teams and UX teams for co-creating world class user experiences.

- Work with cross-functional teams (design, compliance, operations) to write high quality PRDs/tickets that convey requirements in a form very clearly and unambiguously consumable by engineering.

- Monitor releases post go live, report on performance, and create enhancements based on learning obtained from real world performance.
