Senior Product Manager/Product Manager - FinTech

Be part of the core team at our VC funded Startup, where you will work with the founding team to drive the product initiatives of company.

Job Description :

- Own and Drive the product roadmap by working with internal stakeholders (founders, investor team, operations team etc) and external one as well (customers, partners, competitors).

- The role will require understanding the various process flows of primary and secondary investments at company and translate them into features which will help us build the scale on the platform.

- Continuously analyse the competitor products and help build sustainable competitive differentiation in the product.

- Engage with the customers directly to understand what product features works and gaps if any.

- Work with the UX design team build best in class user experience for our product.

- Work with the engineering team to drive PRD, JIRA user stories into their sprints and get the product releases completed.

- Measure customer engagement metrics on the platform and work on ways to improve it.

Skills :

- Ability to understand market requirements and translate them into product specifications.

- Familiarity with online marketplaces is a big plus.

- Experience of having built one product / Startup in the product manager role is a must.

- Preferably an engineer with a MBA and having work experience as a product manager.

- Excellent communications skills.

- Data driven - use data analytics and measurements to arrive at product decisions.

- Experience with A/B testing.

- Experience with chatbots is preferred.

- Knowledge of CRM products e.g. Zoho, Salesforce will be good.

- Ability to work hard and under pressure.

- Knowledge of Google Analytics, SEO is preferred.

- Knowledge of cloud infrastructure like GC, AWS, Azure will be good.
