The Product Manager / Leader will have overall responsibility for the product strategy and evolution of the org. and will be a key contributor to its business success.

The primary goal of this position is to ensure user satisfaction, repeat purchase behavior, and high levels of customer advocacy, on the back of a highly differentiated product.

Key Responsibilities:

- Work with senior management and key leadership to set the vision for the product

- Deeply understand and champion the needs of the customer/user

- Articulate a product strategy and road map to execute on the vision, and get buy in from the team

- Lead the ideation, experience and technical development of disruptive innovations

- Execution and Prioritization across multiple teams, in line with the product strategy and road map

- Define and analyze metrics that infers success of products and features, from a marketplace model standpoint

- Measure progress, and iterate the product based on data and other user feedback

- Explore strategic growth opportunities around products

- Maximize efficiency in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid and creative solutions are the norm

- As a key and strategic stakeholder learn and optimize across functions around products

Requirements:

The successful Product Manager will have an entrepreneurial mindset, a proven fast track record and will combine a diverse set of functions:

- Strong academic background (Top tier engineering & business school graduate) with 6-10 years of total experience, including minimum 3 years in a Product Management role, with at least 2 years in a consumer online/mobile business

- A curious mind, with a deep interest in consumer technologies, including emerging areas

- Experience working in India and in a startup is a strong plus

- Understanding of the digital marketplace business model

- Experience working with simple and intuitive user interfaces on web and mobile

- Experience with all stages of the product lifecycle

- Appreciation for consumer online behavior, particularly with higher value products

- Analytical and data driven approach in day-to-day work, with an innate sense of design and user-experience

- Ability to research, assimilate and process product development information - feedback from users, quantitative data from web analytics, research reports, market trends and statistics

- Optimizing a product to achieve the business goals while maximizing return on investment
