About Camp K 12 : Camp K12 is a global online school for 21st century skills, teaching Coding and other STEAM subjects to kids age 6-18 via LIVE, interactive, gamified online sessions that work 10x better than status quo For more information visit : http://campk12.com Reports to : Founder Job Description : - Deliver MRDs and PRDs with prioritised features and corresponding justification - Define requirements, prioritise features, provide business guidance, and perform acceptance testing, for newly-developed products as well as enhancements to existing products - Assume ownership of products including defining scope and developing requirements for new and advanced products as well as upgrades and progressive releases for existing products. - Determine customers' needs and desires by conducting the required research and reaching out to existing/potential customers - To ensure timely technology releases on multiple product initiatives with acceptable quality. - To ensure UAT and QA checks on every product release - To make sure OKRs and timelines are met without impacting the quality of product or its release. Ideal profile : - Comes with a minimum of 5 years work experience in a B2C space with prior experience in product management of 2-3 years - Understands and builds products using first principles (and not only the latest trends). - Must have the ability to translate business goals into product roadmaps and strategy. Have a strong bias for action - Must have an eye and understanding on developing optimised and highly engaging user journeys, designing user experience that meets our business goals - Proven ability to work in cross-functional environments including sales, marketing, business management, design and engineering teams. - Ability to develop and integrate APIs to enhance company's product capabilities faster. - Good with Experimentation (A/B Testing) - Good with Interactive Prototyping &amp; Knowledge of different tech stack - Has worked in a fast-paced environment with hyper growth trajectory. - Strong communication and negotiation skills for effective stakeholder management (especially during product prioritisation) - Strategic and critical thinking required to work effectively on the product dev process. - Has an understanding into the organizational dynamics and ability to navigate challenging and complex situations.
